1. You will need:- 1 calico ham bag, if unavailable use a new tea towel, or a new pillowcase, and White Wine Vinegar. 2. Wash the bag, tea towel or pillow case in 2 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar. 3. Wring out the excess liquid and wrap the ham in the cover. 4. Place the ham on a tray in the coldest part of your refrigerator. 5. Ham can be stored for up to 3 weeks. NB. Every 2-3 days rinse the cover in a new vinegar solution, to keep your ham fresh.
